Multitouch Interface - Pan Zoom Rotate
Multitouch is an exciting interface principle explored by Bill Buxton amongst others in the 80s. Now fantastic videos are surfacing showing working models. Dan Zen would like to point out that while multitouch is indeed impressive, part of the WOW factor is just the panning, zooming and rotating. These can be accomplished on a number of Dan Zen tools using a hot key and dragzooming for instance. This has enough of the necessary functionality to still make a WOW.
